School Development Plan

Here at St. Joseph’s, our school development plan is produced to help us pursue our aim of providing our students with a compass for life and our mission of being an outstanding Roman Catholic school for the 21st century.

Development plans need to be specific and challenging and they need to address changes in the world around us or perceived weaknesses in our provision (remembering that no school is yet perfect). They include specific action points which have already been agreed, but at the other end of the scale they also include matters for further research and investigation.

You will see in our Development Plan the eleven key priorities we have over 2012/2013 and as you look through the plan, you will see a breakdown on each priority, demonstrating what we have in place, what we are going to have in place and any implementations.
